Beginning his career as a second generation Ironworker in Northern California, Dale has worked in the reinforcing steel industry for over two decades. Throughout his career, Dale has worked on nearly every type of construction project and held several key positions within the industry. Dale is a longtime and engaged member of several committees within the Concrete Reinforcing Steel Institute (CRSI) and is currently the Chairman of the Committee on Placing Reinforcing Bars.
